Research proves that Early Education is critical because:
Early years (2 to 6) is a unique stage of phenomenal brain development and learning in a child. The capacity to absorb concepts and learn is highest during this phase. Hence it is important to expose the child to a structured environment which will provide adequate and appropriate stimulus for learning.

Every child has an inherent nature and intelligence that is peculiar to him. This varies from child to child and is the most important factor to consider when the child comes to school.

Curriculum is the set of experiences, activities and events, direct or indirect which occur in an environment specially planned to foster children's learning and all-round development. In simple terms, Curriculum is a plan for learning.
Our curriculum is a comprehensive child-centric curriculum that comes with set objectives in all major areas of development. It is related to the child's developmental readiness, interests, questions, style of learning and the cultural context in which the child finds himself.

Teachers

Qualified Teachers, intensively trained and Passionate about their work. Appropriate teacher to children ratio for ensuring personal attention to each and every child.

They are trained to facilitate learning, observe, record and assess on a daily basis.We don’t teach ‘classes’, we engage with the child as individuals. We believe that teaching is not a one size fits for all automated process, but an intentional and purposeful engaging to facilitate learning.Our teachers observe each child and plans instruction to suit the individual needs of the child.

Assessment

Development in early years happens at a phenomenal speed and is constantly varying. Hence, assessment in early years has to be a continuous process. We have a system that constantly checks on the child's progress and helps us keep updates and records about the child more efficiently. This helps us share information with parents also on a regular basis. Constant assessment keeps the teachers completely keyed in with the progress of the child which enables us to keep challenging the child and hence we can avoid a situation where the child is bored or has lost interest.Teachers continuously access a child’s knowledge and structure specific learning environments and experiences to support the progress towards identified goals.

Environment

Environment is beautiful, warm and inviting. It is an engaging environment that supports children’s curiosity and wonder, while providing safe ways for them to explore their world and stimulate their mind’s imagination, creativity, thinking and develop connections for problem solving.We believe that environment plays a key role and offers vibrant and flexible spaces that are responsive to the interests and abilities of every child.Children are encouraged to flow freely between the indoor and outdoor learning environment.Indoor and outdoor environment support all aspects of children's learning and invite conversations between children. They promote opportunities for collaborative learning.Outdoor environment provides children with ample opportunity to engage with nature in a clean and safe way. Outdoor spaces include vegetable patches, relaxation spaces, areas to grow and care for living things, art studio spaces, areas for musical play and other outdoor activities.

Safety and security

Safety and security for all our children is important aspect of our philosophy.We ensure that all learning happens in safe and secured environment. Some of the aspects
  • Appropriate teacher to child ratio for safety purpose
  • The school has numerous internal and external CCTV cameras.
  • All entry doors to the school are locked throughout the day. Entry to the school is through the front door, which is manned by security personnel at all times.
  • Entry and exit of children at drop off and pick up time is supervised by staff
  • All children will be issued with an identification card. It is essential that the person who is collecting your child from school, unless it is a parent, carries this ID card with them.
  • Police verified support staff
